Salmon Rub

  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 lime, zested

Best to get only the green of the lime zest and avoid as much of the white as possible.
