Garlic/Frank's Chicken
This recipe is my favorite chicken thigh slow cooker recipe.
- 5 skin-on, bone- in chicken thighs (about 2 pounds)
- 2 TBSP fresh minced garlic
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce (buffalo sauce)
Toss it in slow cooker for hours, skin side up.
